RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vain Thread Lines we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase and if you may need an exchange, we make the process hassle free. Vain Thread Lines offer exchanges only for an online store credit; no return or refunds.

If you would like to exchange your item(s), you have 10 days from the date your shipping confirmation shows “DELIVERED” to have submitted an RMA Request and have the item(s) postmarked to be returned to Vain Thread Lines. You must login into your Vain account on the website to create a return request based on the order you placed and want to return. On the form please ensure the information you are inputting is correct. On the return package, please write your RMA# on the shipping label. The return item(s) must be packed and secured in original packaging, new, unworn, undamaged, unscented and have original tags attached to be accepted as an exchange. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost on all exchange items. Once your package has been received at Vain Thread Lines and we have reviewed the item(s) that are eligible for exchange, Vain will issue you an online store credit for the amount the item was purchased (excluding shipping).

 

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Vain Thread Lines can issue an Online store credit for exchange item(s) via email. Online Store Credit can only be used online at Vain Thread Lines website checkout center, not in store. You must first login into your Vain member account to have the store credit available for usage, when you reached the checkout page you can select to have your store credit funds applied to your order. The Online Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date issued.

 

SALE ITEMS

Any item purchased on sale (30% or more) is considered a FINAL sale item and can not be exchanged for an online store credit.
